Hey!! It's so cool that you're interested in auditioning for the Youth Movement Worship Team!!
We have seen God continue to answer prayers in sending us young musicians and singers to lead the Youth Movement in worship, and we want to steward them well. In doing so, we need to do our part to guide any and all students who may be interested to the right area of service. That being said, there are, inevitably, times when we have to say no to a student based on a variety of factors - which is where auditions become important!
Please know that by signing up for an audition, you are in no way guaranteed a spot on the team. We reserve the right to accept and decline applicants as we see fit. Audition results are not intended to upset or offend students, but please remember they are based on skill, ability, and character, as well as being covered in prayer.
In order to audition, students must:
- Be walking in integrity and bearing good fruit that reflects their relationship with Jesus
- Attend and participate in RCOG and YM services and events for at least 6 months prior
- Be willing to accept the results, whether yes or no, with humility and a good attitude
