Hands and Hearts Request Form
At Rincon Church of God, we believe that when one of us celebrates, we all celebrate — and when one of us hurts, we all come together to help. The Hands & Hearts ministry exists to provide practical care and support for members of our church family who are walking through major life moments — from surgery recovery or tragedy, to the joy of welcoming a new baby or saying “I do.”

How It Works
Submit a Request: Fill out this form on behalf of the person or family in need. This is also the spot where you can nominate a family that is having a baby within the church, or a newly engaged or married couple within the church. People may not submit a form for themselves.
Review & Approval: Requests are reviewed weekly by our staff team. Once approved, our Hands & Hearts group will be notified and begin coordinating meals or gift deliveries. Church staff reserves the right to use discretion based on individual need.
Who We Serve: This ministry is primarily for regular members or attenders of Rincon Church of God, though we may extend care at our discretion to others connected to our church family.
What We Provide
Meal Support: Meal trains and deliveries for those recovering from surgery, navigating loss, or welcoming a new baby.
Celebration Gifts:
New Parents: A large box of diapers, a large box of wipes, and a Starbucks gift card.
Newly Engaged/Married Couples: A beautiful, custom-engraved family Bible with space for family records.
Our office staff preps all gifts and coordinates deliveries — so nothing falls through the cracks and every family feels the love of their church.
