Solidify Your Faith. Strengthen Your Body. Sharpen Your Mind.

The Round Table Brotherhood is more than a small group—it’s a forging ground—an off-shoot and supplement to our men’s ministry at RCOG, The Forge. A one-year journey designed to challenge men in every arena: spiritual, mental, and physical. Each brother tracks his progress with a point-based system (100 points weekly goal, 80 minimum). Accountability runs through every week with group check-ins, while three monthly gatherings anchor the rhythm: two workouts and one Fireside.

This is not for the faint of heart. Every man is invited to the table, but not every man can stay. The Brotherhood demands commitment, grit, and the will to grow into better husbands, fathers, and leaders.

Right now, we are in the Beta Test Phase with our first squad of 12 men. Our vision is to launch a second squad in the Spring for those ready to step up to the challenge.

This is your call. Your trek. Your Brotherhood.

  • The Round Table is an invitation-only Brotherhood. Right now, we are in a Beta Test Phase with a closed squad of 12 men. Each seat at the table is intentionally chosen, and not every man can stay. Our hope is to launch a new squad in the Spring, opening the door for more men who are ready to take up the challenge and start new squads. If you’re interested, request to join HERE and our team will be in touch with you regarding future opportunities.

  • This is not a casual group. The Brotherhood is a year-long trek that demands consistency and discipline. Each man commits to weekly Bible reading, steady progress in a monthly book, and three workouts per week. The work is largely done on your own, but we gather together for workouts and a monthly Fireside to sharpen one another. Every man has a seat at the table, but not every man can stay—the Brotherhood requires grit, sacrifice, and follow-through.

  • The Brotherhood launched in Fall 2025 with our first 12-man squad. These men are blazing the trail in this first-year Beta Test. The goal is that their journey will set the pace for future squads to rise up and join the Round Table in the seasons ahead, potentially as early as Spring 2026.

The Fireside is where the Brotherhood comes together after weeks of personal discipline and private work. It isn’t just a meeting—it’s a moment of reflection and recalibration. It’s a space carved out for sharpening, for real conversation, and for the kind of accountability that can only happen face to face. Around the fire, we talk about the progress we’ve made, the points we’ve earned, and the struggles we’ve pushed through along the way.

Throughout history, fire has always been a place of heat, light, and story. Around it, warriors prepared for battle and leaders made decisions that shaped kingdoms. For us, the Fireside carries that same weight. It’s where men are forged.

firesides

  • Spiritual Strength: Bible

At the core of the Brotherhood is God’s Word. Each man commits to reading five or more days a week—even if it’s just one paragraph. Sometimes a single verse is enough to chew on for the day. Scripture is where we anchor, sharpen, and lead from.

  • Mental Strength: Books

Each month, the Brotherhood tackles a carefully chosen book—classics and modern works alike. From C.S. Lewis to John Eldredge, James Allen to Homer, these books sharpen the mind, shape character, and give us fuel for real conversations around the fire. Progress earns points; completion is a bonus.

  • Physical Strength: Workouts

Strength requires discipline. Each man is challenged to three workouts per week, minimum 10 minutes each. From weight training to running, from gym time to bodyweight exercises—no excuses, no shortcuts. Twice a month, we gather for group workouts: one at Empire Gym, and one outdoors in the Five Acres on campus with a trainer sponsored by Empire. Sweat together. Win together.

Think you’ve got what it takes?

The Round Table isn’t an open sign-up—it’s a Brotherhood built by invitation. Right now, we’re running with a closed squad of 12 men in our Beta Test Phase. Seats are limited and chosen with purpose, and not every man is meant to stay. Our plan is to launch another squad in the Spring, giving new men the chance to step into the challenge.
