WELCOME to Team Hub

Welcome to Team Hub—the starting point for volunteering on the RCOG Home Team. We believe everyone has something to bring to the house, and serving is one of the best ways to build relationships, discover your purpose, and make RCOG feel like home for someone else. Team Hub makes getting involved simple: explore opportunities across our ministries, find a team that fits your gifts and interests, and take your next step toward serving.

Before joining the Home Team, all volunteers are required to complete Growth Track. Once you’ve completed Growth Track, Team Hub is where you can explore available teams, submit your interest, and begin the onboarding process for the area where you’d like to serve. Whether you’re welcoming someone at the door, investing in the next generation, serving behind the scenes, or using a specialized skill, there’s a place for you here. Find your team, bring what you have, and help us make a difference together.
